feat: added debug tools modal #445

Description:

This PR enables the debug tools modal. To enable this modal, please add this key to the local storage: CONNECT_DEBUG => true and then reload the browser. After that you'll see a new icon next to the connect logo (sidebar) from where you can open the new modal.

For now, I've added tools to test invalid pullResponder triggers (delete, add a new one, add an invalid one, etc.) The idea is to add more tools into this modal to test very specific scenarios.
