I'm having the same issue

millisami commented 7 years ago

Gave up on macOS. Might come back later for powerline. Going back to normal oh-my-zsh.

I've identified the Nerd Font as the culprit, instead I'm now using Meslo font (https://github.com/ryanoasis/nerd-fonts/tree/master/patched-fonts/Meslo/M-DZ/complete)

ctrlaltdylan commented 7 years ago

@timbru31 did you get validation errors when trying to install on macOS? I ignored them but Meslo isn't showing up in the installed fonts for some reason.

@ctrlaltdylan Same here. Validation errors with this font and also Hack. Ignored the errors but it still won't install. Worked fine in Yosemite, but looks like Sierra broke it.

FWIW, I'm experiencing the same issue on macOS Sierra. Only some of the fonts installed correctly, so in my shell I see some of them render fine and others render as [?].
