On incorrect exit code (or error) there should be a symbol displayed instead 127.
I don't think this is expected behaviour as my old laptop displayed a coloured prompt for the same scenario, which this does but with 127 displayed inside it for some reason.
The terminal emulator is GNOME terminal version 3.32.1 using libvte 0.56.1 +GNUTLS
I'm not sure whether it is an issue to be opened in powerline itself or fonts, if suggested I'll move the issue to powerline if it is found to be unrelated to fonts
