Icons don't show on WSL Ubuntu

They only show on DejaVu font but not on everything else. What might the issue be? I've tried several Nerd Fonts and those don't work either.

Same issue. I am using Hyper, but it still doesn't work.

Font "Sarasa Term SC" works perfect as above
