Case in point:

Check out the K in Detached (AFK). on the statusline.

This is weechat on urxvt. My ZSH will also highlight misspelled commands in red, and bold them. See this: (That's when I typed a bunch of uppercase Ks

Okay, I have a list so far of the bold characters that don't render: kKXR&

I'll edit this as I discover more characters.

I'm using Meslo font too, but I don't seem to be able to reproduce the issue, maybe can you provide a minimal .Xdefaults and easy steps to see if I can reproduce it?
