Description Toolbox icons are difficult to see when in Windows dark theme

To Reproduce In right-click on Windows desktop. Choose Personalize. Click on Themes. Select one of the dark themes. Observe behavior in Powertab Editor.

Additional Info This is what the app looks like with a dark-themed color scheme in Windows 11:

Thanks, that is indeed very hard to read. Perhaps we can switch to lighter icons if we identify a dark theme
