Fix UT issues to support changes needed by nova-powervm

@VedaAnnayappa Unless something has changed since I left, patches to pypowervm can't be merged via github PRs. They have to be proposed, approved, and merged through the internal gerrit server (morpheus). At that point, a bot is supposed to publish the changes to github. And then a new release needs to be created (which IIRC is a manual process) so that OpenStack projects can pick up the change via their requirements files.
