Invalid Maintainer listed #15

The metadata for pypowervm-1.1.26-210317-80 lists "Eric P. Fried efried@us.ibm.com" as the package maintainer. Cannot find Eric in IBM internal BluePages directory.

I left IBM in 2018. I'm not sure if @dclain is still around? If not, I think @atthorst could probably track down the current maintainer.
