As far as I know, Google doesn't offer REST API that converts PDF documents to 
text.

And the other way around? Does the 0.6.0 tag of the API allow us to export an 
uploaded file (for example .doc) to a PDF file?

I found the "setExportFormats" function in Google_DriveService.php, but I can't 
find any example about exporting files as another format
