I have a question and I want to know how to solve it #301

Hello people, I am a user of blender and mmd, obviously I get along better with mmd but I start with blender this time and well, there is a 3d model that I want to export to pmx and well I already downloaded and installed the mmd_tool, the import options appear but the export ones appear in gray and I can't use them. Does anyone know what happens or how can I fix it? it would help me a lot 2020-07-20

mmd_tools can only export models created with Create Model on MMD tab or converted with Convert Model. Documentation will be helpful.

Maybe someone can make a commission for me, to whom I can send the model and I hope they will pass it to PMX

That model is not rigged. It's not even designed for animation, the mesh isn't quite right for that.

It would be possible to kinda make it work, depending on your needs. I could give it bones and make it usable in MMD, but it wouldn't have any morphs, and the bones might not make any sense (for example, the linked model lacks legs, so MMD motions wouldn't be appropriate for it.) I would be asking for US$100 in order to get you an MMD-usable model without physics, maybe $200 for with physics (depending on your specific wants.)

Doing a good job would be just as hard as making a model from scratch, and if that's what you're after, you may as well commission your very own from-scratch model, offering this as a reference of what you're looking for.

For any kind of work on this model, you would need permission from the model's author. (Edit: I guess I'm not sure if you'd need permission to rig it-- to what extent that counts as modifying the work as opposed to making a second work intended to be used in conjunction. Law is a complicated thing. Permission would be best.)
