Remove legacy issue template and replace it with new templates #25

What kind of change does this PR introduce? Fix

What is the current behavior? Template for issues is the legacy one

What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)? Templates for issues are the "new" multiple ones, and beta forms are used

Other information: See the multiple issue doc here and an example here for the forms. This also questions adding the security vulnerability reporting hence adding the security policy.

Maybe we should restructure that organization readme to make it look more attractive?
