1 month ago I have removed the "fun" session because less important than the rest. The on-going work was something like:
🍿 Fun facts - How does the maintenance team start its day?
- By using Slack private messaging to fix late-night bugs.
- By engaging in brainstorming sessions to improve everything (due to too many late-night bugs!).
- By hosting live coding sessions to share tips during coffee breaks.
- By rejoicing in the dynamics of its valuable community.
