[IIDM] Attribute for voltage/angle of fictitious buses

• Do you want to request a feature or report a bug? Feature

• What is the current behavior? To specify the voltages and angles of fictitious buses (on dangling lines or for T3W for example) when they are calculated (e.g after a loadflow), properties are used.

• What is the expected behavior? Those properties should be replaced by an attribute or at the very least by an extension.

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior? Name of properties are not fixed, any loadflow implementation could have its own property name, this would lead to potential information loss from one process to another.
