What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...) feature

What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)? Add a service type to be run at app startup. This allow custom code to be run before app launch.

It is exactly what FontLoader already do even if it is not correctly named. Why not just renaming FontLoader?

Well, ehm, yeah it is the very same thing. I guess I won't even rename the thing..
