Optimize post PRA2 load-flow computations #1048

Describe the current behavior

After running second preventive RAO, CASTOR computes post-curative flows by running a sensitivity analysis. this is too slow, especially when there are a lot of applied ARAs / CRAs.

Describe the expected behavior

We can use a simple load-flow computation, or a security analysis, to make things faster

Currently the load-flow computation can not be run on contingency states. So we should maybe first benchmark automatic sensitivity analysis vs automatic security analysis vs "manually" looping around a load-flow.
