Counter trading in MIP #1055

Describe the current behavior

Once we have #1051, we will be able to optimize the setpoint of some injections.

Describe the expected behavior

It would be even better if we could respect glsks for these injections (both proportional and merit order)

Describe the motivation

Would allow replacing the dichotomy in some processes
