Do not reset playback position if runmpv opens a video, which mpv already plays #15

If runmpv opens a video file it always starts playing it, even if mpv already plays the file. It would be nice to just focus mpv window in that case, instead of restarting playback. Maybe runmpv should have a setting to control that behaviour
