runmpv resizes file manager window under Windows #6

steps to reproduce

  1. Set openMode to instance-per-directory
  2. Open a video file from first directory
  3. Open a video file from different directory

After that runmpv resized file manager window, right before mpv starts

Expected behavior is that new mpv instance is opened and nothing else happens
