We need to implement/discuss my remarks in https://github.com/poysh/idee1_hypervirome_project/tree/dataset-prep/blast-to-snp/preprocess-data/blast-to-snp to get a dataset for the following analysis.

Hey together, I updated the Readme and tasks. The tasks are described in the Readme. The most important is the conversion of the snp.txt file.
