Add support for OnlyKey #12

This PR adds support for the OnlyKey USB token (https://onlykey.io/), which is compatible with YubiKey.

Tested and working with Keepass2Android and HMAC-SHA1 on my Xiaomi Mi 9T with LineageOS 17.1 (Android 10).

Sorry, I've been away for a while. Thanks a lot for your contribution! I currently don't have access to the encryption keys required to make a new release. In about two weeks time, I'll have access again and then I'll review your code and publish a new build after merging this PR. Please have a little more patience until then. Thank you.
