This mirrors PierreTechoueyres pull request #30 to fix bad quotes around transient-mark-mode. Update timestamp and copyright year updated automatically. TexInfo version updated in Makefile. README.md recompiled. graphviz-dot-mode.info.gz recompiled.

I've removed the file texinfo/graphviz-dot-mode.info.gz as this was giving a merge conflict. This seems a generated binary file. If this still needs to be in the repo, send me a new pull request. The rest was no problem and was merged. Thanks.

It is the updated generated compressed info-format text file. It is the manual that emacs M-h i opens (also CLI info command). It should be installed with other emacs .info files and included in the info directory file. I doubt that I included a generic 'install' target in the make file. A user would want this file if he wanted to manually install the manual but didn't have the info 'compiler'. Thank you again for graphviz-dot-mode. I use it regularly, particularly within org-mode babel blocks.
