No IP address when in hotspot #134

From vGeneral on 5 May 2019:

Using version 2.19 (21900) and after the last Samsung update, the FTP server cannot get the IP address, when the hotspot mode is enabled.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S4. Android: 8.1.0 Kernel Version: 4.4.78-14803871 (gcc version 4.9.x.20150123 (prerelease ) (GCC)

The same most of the time on my Mi A1 phone without hotspot set. Yesterday it suddenly worked once, this morning I don't get it to work, I don't see the ip address and I don't get a notification it is actually active on
