Data indexing should index intervals and queries should work with conditions over intervals and retrieving values from intevals #1087

For https://github.com/ppazos/cabolabs-ehrserver/issues/217 we added:

We need to be sure when data is committed, the interval data indexes are completed, and the queries work over that kind of data.
