[QUERY BUILDER] do not show in_snomed operator if the coded text node has an explicit list of constraints in the template #1096

A coded text node with a list of codes in the template won't use the SNOMED CT service to resolve expressions, since all possible conditions should be defined based on the constraint list of codes in the templates.
