SYNC - create parsers/data binders for all the sync resources #974

Should process the JSON structures generated by the sync binder for these resources:

account (contains organizations, user, role, api keys, etc.)
ehr
contribution (contains versions)
query
ehr query
opt index
folder

Should set the master property to false when parsing.
