Sino va a tirar excepcion: Executing action [save] of controller 
[hce.GuiGenController] caused exception: java.lang.Exception: Verifique que el 
arquetipo openEHR-EHR-INSTRUCTION.pedido_laboratorio.v1 especifica el atributo 
ACTIVITY.action_archetype_id
