Update Trove classifier from stage "4 - Beta" to "5 - Production/Stable" #695

Our trove classifier still says beta! I've sold games made in ppb, it's a production level code base now.

How:

Simple change in the setup.cfg

Should get replaced with Development Status :: 5 - Production/Stable

Good entry level packaging issue for folks who want to start learning the metadata configuration.
