Update to latest avaiable versions in all-in-one image #476

Changes:

  1. Use all-in-one:0.7 for all jobs.
  2. Update versions of tools and packages used in all-in-one:0.7 to latest available versions.

To do: Build, push and validate the all-in-one:0.7 image.
