Added helm charts for kibana,lamp and prometheus for ppc64le

Hi Bruce,

We have added helm charts for kibana,lamp and prometheus for ppc64le.

Please review.

Also we have followed following steps while generating index.yaml file. Please do let me know if any changes are needed.

We have copied helm packaged of new charts in a folder and then run below helm repo index --merge command.

$ helm repo index --merge index.yaml --url $ https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ppc64le/charts/master/repo/beta/ ./

Hi Bruce,

We have raised pull request https://github.com/ppc64le/charts/pull/15. Once it will be merged in master we will raise new PR since index.yaml file is common file in all pull requests. so we need to raise pull request sequentially else we will get conflicts.
