Added new helm chart for memcached #2

Hi ,

We have validated memcached chart from kubernetes charts repository on Intel and ppc64le both architecture.
We understand that we need to update index.yaml file for details of newly added chart. Could you please guild us how to update the index.yaml so that I will go ahead and raise new pull request once memcached chart gets merged to the ppc64le/charts repository.
