Added qtmultimedia package and lame to support audio recording #3

I added the "python3-pyqt5.qtmultimedia" package and that seems to fix the "No module named 'PyQt5.QtMultimedia’⁩" error mentioned in #2.

I'm getting a new error now about missing the lame audio encoder. I tried installing lame but that didn't seem to fix the issue. Will need to investigate further.
