Bug Description

It seems that the CSS changes in 4.3.0 of Alliance auth break this theme

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Upgrade to 4.3.0 of Alliance Auth

Expected behavior

Expected to be able to use AA on version 4.3.0. Not sure if there is a new installation method.
