[Management] User profile switch to readOnly after update #29

When a user profile is update through the manage ui, the page switch to readOnly mode after the update even if the user was able to update the user info

Expected Behavior

The page is updated but user information can be updated

Current Behavior

The page is updated but user information can't be updated, the page need to be refresh to it

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Update a user profile linked to the default IDP
