Tag 2.0 release #110

1) Look into the var_dump() on the SM and gracefully handle it. 2) Update the CONST to 2.0.0 3) Tag it on a release

@noisebleed there's a var_dump() in the source when an exception happens, could you track this down (simple grep will do) and remove it?

Once this is gone then a tag release against 2.0 branch can go ahead

Completed. Tagged 2.1.0-alpha and 2.1.0-alpha2 and 2.0
