It would be good to be able to move/organize your dominoes in your hand. I would recommend allowing a person to move them around once to start the hand and freeze them when they make their first move. The 4-3 setup is fine but I do like to put my trumps together and arrange things by suits to help me. It would be great if we can do that once at the start (keeping that open after the bid is made and closing it when they make the first play). To me it helps to move things around to decide on a bid and also on what to play to avoid a renege.
