Individual Private Chat from Lobby #17

Like the old site, allow individuals to privately chat while they are in the lobby. When they go to a table, turn it off.

I don't think this is necessary and it will just complicate things with the addition of new pages that folks won't know how to manage, so I'd rather not add it.
