Can't create a torrent using Create plugin #379

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Try to create a torrent with the Create plugin
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Dialog box comes up, Console and Errors windows are empty, black progress
bar goes along the bottom, but nothing ever happens, no torrent file is
created.

What environment are you using?
1. My ruTorrent version is...3.0
2. My rTorrent version is...0.8.6
3. I use web-server... it version is... on OS...Debian/Linux 5.0
3. I use browser... it version is... on OS...Firefox 3.6.3 on Mac OS X 10.6.3

Are some errors present in the web-server log?

did you try the latest svn of rutorrent? there was a couple fixes to create.

Also, when you say nothing happens, does it finish and then you don't get the
torrent? if so thats because you have to click "download torrent"

or select the otpion to make it automatically add to rutorrent which doesn't 
download it.

Seeing this problem with current stable rutorrent and plugin. Tried svn's 
plugin, same issue.

Since console and error windows are blank, it doesn't give a hint as to how to 
debug.

Done some debugging. It seems createtorrent.php fails silently because it 
expects some .prm thing in /tmp which was (also silently) failed to create 
earlier, for reasons still unknown.

Might look into it tomorrow but for now I'm just going to sleep.
