Artist tag filter not showing all tags

I noticed that filtering an artist's page by tag only gives you a handful of options, instead of all the tags the artist has used. Checking the request made to fetch the list of tags, it does receive all of them. Doesn't make sense to me why only some are listed.

It shows tags with five or more posts, since many artists have hundreds of tags only used a few times each. I should probably make it always include recent tags, though (tags that are pushed to the top because you've searched for them recently).
