Allow ping sound volume and interval to be controlled by module settings. #39

Could we get the volume of the ping, and the intervals between pings, to be configurable in the module settings window?

In an online session, the 4 seconds between pings might be too often at the high(ish) volume for the players over a minute or two of having the motion tracker open.

Second to this, I want to be able to make the interval for medium and close pings be shorter, like the Alien: Isolation motion detector!
