Possibility of FC after deleting a module in the short-cut list #101

I had a force close after deleting a downloaded module. It does not 
reload/refresh on menu bar after deletion, so I accidentally clicked on that 
deleted module and it FC. I don't think it's major issue, but maybe there 
should be a note asking user to restart AndBible after module deletion (Mario)

Rather than prompt a restart the short-cuts should refresh on module deletion 
(mjd).

I just tested this and the message 'Please download <module name>' was 
displayed so this must be fixed.
