settings structure #16

I wanted to make a suggestion for structure of the settings, before the program 
gets large.  If you do it now, and as you go, it will be easier to manage.

K9-mail recently modified their structure for settings.  It works really great. 
 What they do, is they have sections called "General Settings", "Display", 
"Storage", etc.

What I might suggestion is

- Display
 - fonts sub menu (size, color, font)
 - dictionaries sub menu(things like popup vs opening in it's own window)
 - Night mode (actual option)

We may adjust the settings structure but am closing this because this bug was 
raised a very long time ago and I have no current plans to change the settings 
layout.
