Book selector extension for the OT Deuterocanonical books #164

The existing 6 x 11 array of tiles for the Protestant Canon of 66 books is both 
simple, pleasing and intuitive.

Now that JSword supports av11n, thought must be given as to how to select any 
of the Deuterocanonical books.

Even though Catholic Bibles have these interspersed in various positions in the 
OT, my own preference would be to have a second display page whereby to select 
from the array of Deuterocanonical books.

Means to access the second page should be intuitive. The Android menu 'button' 
(and its touch screen equivalent in the status bar) is currently not in use 
while the book selector is being viewed.

I would therefore suggest that this is the method whereby you could implement 
choice between first and second page.

If you ever plan to support the Greek additions to Esther as a separate book 
ESG, be aware that the first verse is chapter 10 verse 4.
