Passage selector - enhance to indicate which Bible books are not available in the current document #165

For SWORD Bible modules that have fewer than 66 books, knowing which books are
not included and which are is a matter of trial and error for the And Bible
user.

It would improve the ease of use if the book selector could provide a visual
indication of which books are not available in the current document.

This could be achieved [say] by greying out the text in the tiles for not
included books.

By extension, the same method could also be used for missing chapters, or even
for missing verses (i.e. when select verse is enabled in settings).

The idea is borrowed from xulsword, which greys out the books that are
unavailable for the module currently displayed in Window 1.

I thought about doing this some time ago but decided to delay it because there
was talk of a 'coverage' property in the conf file. Have you heard any more
about coverage?

I thought of doing this experimentally by checking for the existence of certain
books in a pre-defined order in various sections of the bible.

Rather than rely on module metadata, I think it's safer to automate the
detection of available books, just like xulsword does for Window 1.

Mind you, for Windows 2 & 3 in xulsword, it's annoying that the absent books
are greyed out in the navigation panel (because of Window 1), even when they
are present in Windows 2 and/or 3.

Notwithstanding, that problem would not apply to And Bible until you have a
split screen feature.

Thinking about this again. Very important wrt modules which adopt a v11n
containing dc books but do not contain dc books e.g. the CARS modules.
