Allow users to select repositories as download preferences #179

Provide a settings option screen with tick boxes to include/exclude the 
available repositories for document downloads. Or simply an intermediate screen 
to choose which repository before going to the downloads.

This would enable users to restrict the number of available modules, leading to 
less need for vertical scrolling through all the available languages.

Borrow the ideas from other front-ends.
e.g. PocketSword does this nicely already.
