use search indices from $SDCARD/jSword/ folder #257

A user can add his custom books by putting them to $SDCARD/jSword/... as 
written: 
https://code.google.com/p/and-bible/wiki/FAQ#Can_I_manually_add_modules/document
s_to_And_Bible?
But unfortunately a search index put into that directory is not considered. 
This isn't consistent: indices are tied to books and can (should) be put to the 
same place (jSword versus Android/data/...).
