Bold italics doesn't show in commentaries (and probably elsewhere) #50

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. AndBible doesn't show italics and bold in commentaries that have such 
formatting. For example, load Barnes commentary and go to, 1 Thes 1:7 scroll to 
the bottom and notice that "Which is in God the Fathers and in the Lord Jesus 
Christ" is not in italics. Yet, in the Sword Project, it is italicized. 
Clearly, the module has the formatting but AndBible isn't looking for those 
tags.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect AndBible to properly format bold and italics.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest from the marketplace. Droid X.

I can't see the specific text you mention in Barnes but I have just implemented 
bold and italics so hopefully this is now fixed.

Checkout the next release in a week or so or look at the next beta - maybe next 
week 1.0.0b2 if it is built.
