Android 5.0.1, vibrate mode on, contact notification still vibrates even when vibrate disabled #447

I have Google Nexus 5, running Android 5.0.1, SMS Popup 1.3.0.

If I set the phone to vibrate mode and I have a contact set to notify but not 
vibrate, the device still vibrates.

Repro steps:

1. Set device to vibrate mode (click volume down until vibrate selected).

2. Disable vibrate for a contact notification.

3. Send message to device from that contact.

Result: Notification still causes vibrate.
