Doesn't show up after install #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install and restart
2. Verify protoclipse 1.0 is present in "What is already install"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The menu item to add protocol buffers nature to a project is missing, as is the 
protoclipse preference section in the preferences dialog

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Current version from the site, OSX 10.5, Eclipse 3.5

Using Eclipse 3.6.2 on Windows XP 32-Bit. Unable to see the nature or the 
preferences for protoclipse.
