Can not show correct encoding fonts #48

Some contents can not show in correct encoding.

@LinjingFcode Would you please upload a screenshot pointing out the problem and post the system language you are using?

@LinjingFcode I think the locale is missing here. Could you please download the uncompressed Windows version from https://github.com/ppoffice/Hozz/releases/tag/v0.1.0 and copy the locales folder to your current Hozz install folder and restart the app to see if it works?
