Gitalk CDN need version update #24

it seems that version 1.6.2 used in gitalk.jsx will cause Error: Request failed with status code 403 when initiating comment in new articles. Gitalk changed its proxy config in latest version so change to 1.7.2 can solve the bug Refer to https://github.com/gitalk/gitalk/issues/426
